YouTube has changed something to their code, so now when you link or embed youtube video's on your homepage at TURMOIL they show up with this ugly white thumbnail.. not very attractive to attract viewers....
So this is what you can do;
first you have to delete your already linked or embedded video''s because they will never show the right thumbnails no matter what you do... and then please follow this link :
