THE STORY SO FAR.

You know, I haven't always been this way...

There was a time when I was a nice good looking young boy, it was a time of Milli Vanillis & Space Food Sticks, but that's a story for another time... My musician was discovered the year silverchair was supposed to make it up to us... It never happened... I was 17, my best mate had taught me how to play bass, after that I joined a rock & roll band, from there on in I was doomed, but a recurring dream I had when I was about 7 claims I was doomed earlier than that...

Ok, now for the stuff you really wanna know. Where do I start? Well, as I mentioned earlier I started my music career when I was 17, playing strange yet catchy Willie Nelson covers in a band called 'Willie Nillie & The Out Of Bounds' (before that I was just a Visual Artist/Sculptor/Daydreamer)... Eventually I knew I had to broaden my horizons... So I started an experimental/pop band called 'The Cheese Dirigible', Peter Because & myself wanted to go weirder but the rest of the band wanted to go more pop. Last I heard they hired a some hot chick & called themselves Amy's Winehouse. Anyway after the band broke up I knew I had to go it alone. I started my solo career with my third debut, "Trying To Reason With You" in 2005. This EP has never been released mainly because of it's provocative cover, and now after 8 years of sporadic recording spurts i have accumulated up to 10 records (not including the 2 that only my closest pals will get to hear), but I have never really been the type to sell my music because music became my soul and all that crap you wanna hear... (I'm not sayin' I wouldn't sell you a record or two if you wanted it, I just don't usually do it... Mainly coz I don't get many requests). So now I have all these songs, I just have to find the musicians that are willing to do as I say... Which is easier said than done... In the meantime I'm usually working on something, it's a bit hush hush now but, you never know... Oh Yeah, & I almost forgot to say, I reformed The Cheese Dirigible with Peter Because (now we're a two-piece), now we call ourselves...'Purple Johnson Blimp Situation'.
