Nothing New Project is the name of my personal music project. I chose the name because it's nothing new what I do. It's nothing fancy or whatever, but I just like doing it. Originally I'm a bass player. Way back I wanted to make the music I listened to. Pink Floyd, Japan, Genesis, Porcupine Tree (later on) . All from symphonic to glitter rock. And I ended up with a kind of ambient, elctronic, progressive, poprock kind of new age like music. Can you still follow me? I can't, haha. I guess you know what I mean. I just hope that you enjoy my work, that's all. Have a nice life.

Thanks for your support and encouragement and especially for listening to Monument! Did you listen to the 2011 version on esnips? I hope that you will upload some more music soon. With best wishes, Spider dlb.

Thanks for making contact. I've been listening to your music all afternoon, it is all very good. Pain and Dignity is outstanding. Well, to my shame I had to look up who Mick Karn was! I certainly remember being astonished by the bass playing on Japan records, but never actually had one. I shall try to listen to some of their music.

Do you know Underwater Sunlight by Tangerine Dream, I think you'd like that!

With  Best wishes, Spider dlb.

Ahh, heard of Porcupine Tree although not really familiar with their work. Thank you for the compliment about the art. All our visual media is original by Lord Gwydyon (the founder and one half of the band). I just realized there is no bio info on our Turmoil profile so you can go to our Facebook page to find out more: https://www.facebook.com/transcendental.desecration.official

Thanks again,

Hi. Thanks for listening and thanks for the compliment. Not sure who "PT" is. The spoken word voice is Alan Watts.
